Protection Against Hand Injuries
Round slings are constructed from internal fiber cores wrapped in a flexible jacket. This soft contact point prevents the pinching, crushing, or slicing of fingers while rigging.
Protection Against Cargo Surface Damage
Round slings protect cargo surfaces primarily through their soft, non-marring synthetic construction and flexible design which act as a buffer between heavy rigging hardware and the lifted goods. They prevent the metal-on-metal or metal-on-wood contact that typically causes scratches, dents, or gouges.
