Introduction

Columbus McKinnon Corporation ("Company" or "We") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download and install, or use, the Intelli-Connect™ Mobile application or the Intelli-Connect Mobile+ application (the "App").
• Our practices for collecting, processing, using, maintaining, protecting, and (where applicable) disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect in connection with the App.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

• We collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through the App.
• You provide directly to the Company.

Our website and apps, and these other third parties have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding the information collected by us and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, or use the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may be updated from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the App after each policy revision means you agree to those changes, terms and conditions.

Children Under the Age of 18

The App is not directed to or intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

How We Collect Information

We only collect information that you voluntarily provide through the APP.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, or any other details that could be used to identify, contact, or locate you online or offline.

Third-Party Information Collection

When you use the App or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

• Your device manufacturer.
• Your device service provider.
• Your wireless network provider.

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the App.

We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

How We Use The Information

We use the information that we collect to:

• Provide you with the App and its contents.

How we Store, Protect, and Maintain The Information

The Company has implemented commercially reasonable organizational, physical, and technological security measures (including, without limitation, encryption) related to the respective processing purpose in an effort to protect the information you voluntarily provide, and employs commercially reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of the information.

Only information which has been provided to the Company voluntarily and in an informed manner by you as the data subject will be processed by us for as long as needed for the purpose.

The Company will maintain the information for as long as it is required for the intended and approved purpose. Some information may be subject to statutory data retention obligations, which we adhere to. Once the information is no longer needed to serve the purpose of its
collection and no other retention policy applies, the Company has implemented revolving routines to delete the information.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We do not share the information you voluntarily provide with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide the information.
• For any other purpose disclosed at the time you provide the information.

Data Security

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect the information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information transmitted through our App.

Privacy Policies of Other Websites

The App and the Company website may contain links to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to our App, and not to websites owned by third parties. The Company does not have any influence on the contents of these third party websites or the way these third parties treat personal information collected on their own websites. So, if you click on a link to another website, you should read their privacy policy.

Accordingly, the Company disclaims any responsibility and liability for actions of any third parties or the observance of data protection regulations by third parties having websites linked to from our App or Company website. In the event of any shortcomings or breaches or data
protection regulations by one of the third party websites linked to on our App or Company website, please immediately contact us at field.service@magnetek.com to allow the Company to take the appropriate actions to stop this misbehavior.

This policy is subject to periodic revisions and we may update this policy from time to time if necessary.
