ETA System Components

Splices connect two pieces of runway/monorail/tool rail together. They are used when a rail piece is longer than the maximum available length of rail for the profile, the space for the system requires smaller pieces of rail to assemble, or the customer needs to add on to an existing system. Splices are not to be used on bridge rails.

Max Radius (ETA-4 = 4’-0” | ETA-8 = 6’-0”)
Not suitable for kickup forces. If your application requires kick-up trolleys (ETA-8 only) through a curved section, please consult the factory.

Underhung cranes (single or double girder) that have a secondary rail that projects beyond the end of the bridge beam. If there is adequate headroom, telescoping rails are a low budget way to increase hook coverage. (For lengths not shown please contact engineering for a custom quote.)
