Features and Benefits

  • Reuse Previously Programmed Positions
Positions can be programmed, stored, and changed at any time.
  • Easy to Program Locations
Locations can be easily entered with our numeric entry position controls anywhere along a desired axis and then activated with the Move-To pushbutton.
  • Panel Mounted Emergency Stop (E-Stop)
Provides improved safety: The panel-mounted emergency stop button acts as a critical safety feature, allowing immediate shutdown of machinery in emergencies, preventing accidents, injuries, and equipment damage.
  • Labeled Terminal Block for Field Connections
Provides organized and efficient wiring with a structured way to connect and manage wiring, especially important in complex systems with multiple actuators
  • Fused and Shafted Main Disconnect Switch (MDS)
Increased personnel safety, fused disconnects offer a safe way to isolate electrical equipment for maintenance and repairs, reducing the risk of electrical hazards.
  • Short Circuit Protection
This is a crucial safety feature for linear actuators, preventing damage caused by excessive current flow.
  • Color touch screen (HMI)
  • NEMA Type 12/13 Wall Mount Enclosure
Both NEMA 12 and 13 enclosures are designed for indoor use, providing suitable protection for linear actuators in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, laboratories, and similar environments
  • Two-Channel Safety Relay
Incorporates two independent monitoring channels for safety inputs, enhancing fault tolerance and increasing reliability. This redundancy means that if one channel fails, the other can still ensure the safety function is performed, preventing machine operation in a dangerous state.
  • Brake Relay (if required)
Relays can be used to control how the actuator behaves when a switch is activated or released, such as making the actuator extend when a button is pressed and retract when released.
  • Illuminated POWER ON Indicator
Quick visual confirmation, the primary benefit is immediate visual confirmation that the linear actuator is receiving power. This is helpful for operators and technicians to quickly assess the actuator's status without needing to consult a separate control panel or use diagnostic tools.
  • Fits UL, cUL Requirements
A large majortity of our control panels can be made available with UL or cUL certifications
